Prior coordination with the Head of the Department in the Legal Department in everything related to the work and tasks of the Legal Affairs Department to provide support in all the following (in direct coordination with HOD in the event of his presence, or directly on its part in the event of his absence for any reason until his return):

Corporate Governance: Maintains and update corporate records, including articles of incorporation & annexes, minutes of board meetings & general assembly, MOC & KSE related documentations & issues, and Custodian of records of shares.   Advise the board and senior management on corporate governance best practices and compliance issues.

Legal Compliance: Monitors changes in laws and regulations relevant to the company's operations and ensures compliance. Assists in drafting, reviewing, and updating contracts, agreements, and legal documents. Assists in the management of legal disputes and liaise with external counsel when necessary.

IPO Support: In preparation for an initial public offering (IPO), assisting in drafting the necessary IPO documents, help structure the securities being offered, conduct due diligence to ensure all required disclosures are accurate and complete, and work on obtaining the necessary regulatory approvals for the IPO.

Compliance Monitoring and Investigations: Monitor company's activities to ensure ongoing compliance with established policies and regulations. Investigate Violations and take appropriate actions to rectify the situation and prevent future breaches.

Legal Advice and Counsel: Provide legal advice and guidance to the company’s management and various departments on a wide range of legal matters including contracts, regulatory compliance, corporate governance, and litigation.

Risk Identification and Management: Identify potential legal risks that the company may face and develop strategies to manage and mitigate these risks, including staying up to date with changes in laws and regulations that may affect the company.

Contract Management: Responsible for creating and managing legal contracts and consequential correspondence on behalf of the company which involves assisting with contract negotiations, analyzing contract risks, and ensuring that all parties involved fulfill their obligations under the contracts.

Legal Advice to Senior Management: Provide legal advice and guidance to senior management within the company covering a wide range of legal issues, including strategic decisions, risk assessment, and compliance matters.

Manage and Coordinate Legal Tasks: Overseeing and managing various legal tasks and activities within the company including liaising with internal and external stakeholders involved in legal matters.

Policy and Procedure Development: Creating corporate policies and procedures that help mitigate legal risks and ensure compliance with applicable laws and regulations and guide the company's actions and decisions in a legally compliant manner.

Corporate Communication: Prepare and distribute internal communications related to legal and compliance matters. Ensure that employees across the organization are aware of and adhere to legal and compliance policies.

Client Relations: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, addressing their inquiries and concerns professionally and promptly.

Case Management: Assist in organizing and managing legal cases, including maintaining case files, tracking deadlines, and coordinating with other team members and external parties.

Administrative Support: Manage and organize legal documents and files, ensuring accessibility and confidentiality. Act as a liaison between the legal department, other departments, and external stakeholders. Assist in the preparation and submission of regulatory filings and reports.

Any other work requested by direct manager in management, which is related to the company’s business and interest in general and the work of the legal department in particular.
