The Limousine Supervisor oversees the daily operations of the limousine service, ensuring exceptional customer service and efficient management of the fleet. This role includes supervising staff, coordinating transportation schedules, and maintaining high standards of vehicle quality and safety.

Responsible to deal with customers, understand their needs and sell assigned vehicles at a prefixed selling price by using effective sales techniques. Ensures that all vehicles sold are properly reconditioned, unless not required by customer.

Implements the Rental Sales department’s strategy through dealing with customers effectively by greeting them politely, processing (Local & International) rentals and selling optional services, answering and receiving telephone calls, resolving overdue rentals, responding to customer queries and complaints, servicing vehicles for customer rentals and communicating with drivers for delivery and collection of vehicles. Build rapport with the customers to guarantee business prosperity and repetition.

To perform day to day processing of accounts transactions in order to ensure effective, efficient and accurate financial operations.
