Retail Sales Executive

Implements the company policy and procedures and follows management instructions
Meets and greets customers politely and presents vehicles in the appropriate manner as per the standard script
Maintains interactions with existing customers and develops new prospects with potential customers
Attends customer calls and responds to customer queries and requirements for vehicle purchases; performs necessary actions to retain customers and to resolve customer complaints.
Handles customers to meet their expectations and submits daily report to Senior Sales Manager
Updates customers about the advantages of dealing with the company, promotions provided, and other benefits like extended warranties, service, maintenance campaign, etc.
Ensures that all new vehicles are delivered to customers as per company standard and procedures
Improves sales skills, behavior for presenting the best image of the company to the customer
Gathers all necessary information and prepares detailed market research including pricing structure, competitor survey and current customer trends
Performs necessary sales tasks to achieve monthly financial targets and other related tasks to increase sales like evaluating sales campaign, revising administrative procedures, organizing new vehicle displays, arrangement, brochures, catalogues and other related sales merchandise
Monitors the new/pre-owned vehicle’s showroom floor by maximizing space utilizing in the arrangement of demo vehicles to get maximum customer attraction
Prepares sales offers, pricing structures, quotation and submission, negotiation with customers with the discount permissions as agreed by management to secure the deal as instructed by the Senior Sales Manager
Ensures that the vehicle ownership transfers, cancellations of insurance policies and related legal issues of sold vehicles are done in due time as per the company policy
Communicates and follows up with financial institutions and banks for vehicle financing services
Ensures all vehicle sales invoices are issued as per company standards and procedures
Communicates and follows-up with stock control, garage, workshop and other related departments to ensure a smooth work flow in reconditioning and assigning vehicles to new and pre-owned vehicles sections
Performs necessary documentation and record keeping for all related documents like Delivery Order (DO), etc.
Keeps records of all manufacturer and legal documents related to vehicle sales filed properly and in easily retrievable way
Maintains and updates all necessary information related to vehicle sales in CarPro system timely without delay
Prepares and submits all periodic sales reports to department Manager
Performs other duties as required and assigned
