  • Coordinates and oversees the in-fleeting and de-fleeting work assignments with suppliers & customers to ensure all related processes are completed on time and deadlines are met
  • Ensures the receipt of all new vehicles on a timely basis, from dealers and suppliers based on the requirement
  • Ensures that all vehicles received from dealers or suppliers are in perfect condition with valid traffic registration, insurance, manufacturer warranty, maintenance booklets, user manuals, accessories and other related documents
  • Performs timely updating of vehicle data such as fleet number, registration number, chassis number, color and other related technical specifications in the  system
  • Responsible to arrange Pre-Delivery Inspection (PDI) checks in coordination with the Service center supervisors to ensure the readiness of fleet before delivering to the client
  • Ensures that all technical & non-technical specifications of vehicles, any additional devices and accessories are fixed properly as per the client’s official requirements
  • Assigns original and replacement vehicles to each contract or project based on the company guideline criteria and prior authorization from senior management
  • Ensures and follows-up on the timely delivery of new vehicles to customers or users at various locations and project sites by maintaining records of vehicle delivery notes, driver’s licenses, civil IDs, contact numbers and addresses and files them properly
  • Updates all necessary vehicle user information on the system in a timely manner and submits fleet inventory report to the management
  • Coordinates and communicates with the HR Department to ensure the timely availability of drivers, car washers, stock drivers and supporting staff at various project locations and sites to make sure that there is no shortage of manpower as per contract requirements
  • Responsible for issuance of gate passes for employees and vehicles for restricted areas wherever is applicable inside oil operations, refineries, ports, etc.  This includes filling in necessary formats and requesting responsible employees to follow up issuance of these gate passes by utilizing the services of the gate passes representative, site coordinators or general representative

 

  • Minimum Qualification: Bachelor degree or Diploma in related field
  • Minimum Experience: 3 – 5 years of experience in a similar role
