  • Plans, prioritizes, assigns, reviews and participates in the work of staff responsible for facility maintenance
  • Establishes schedules and methods for providing facility maintenance services; identifies resource needs; reviews needs with appropriate management staff; allocates resources accordingly
  • Develops and organizes preventative maintenance and safety inspection programs for all facilities and equipments
  • Maintains safe and healthy work environment by following standards and procedures; complying with legal codes and regulations
  • Monitors standard of work of technicians, ensuring the highest quality
  • Monitors and controls supplies and equipment; orders supplies and tools as necessary; prepares documents for equipment procurement; prepares specifications and contracts for contract services
  • Monitors all invoices for approved purchases on daily basis
  • Responsible for inspection, repairing and maintenance of the electrical, plumbing, mechanical and other related systems
  • Coordinates renovations of existing facilities and the construction of new facilities
  • Ensures a speedy resolution to all the maintenance complaints received
  • Ensures that all our company accommodation premises are clean and hygienically well maintained
  • Conducts periodic inspection at company accommodations along with the security officers to ensure that accommodation policies are followed at all times and incase of any misuse of amenities provided or violation of camp rules or manipulation, to report to the superior for immediate action
  • Regular follow-ups with the Accommodation Officer to ensure the camp residents reports to their work promptly
  • Provides necessary training in facility maintenance and safety methods, procedures, and techniques
  • Monitors work activities of technicians, accommodation assistants / housekeeping staff to ensure compliance with the policies and procedures
  • Provides accommodation residents with guidance in handling difficult or complex problems, and in resolving escalated complaints or disputes
  • Keeps time cards and other routine records of the team
  • Preparation of various reports pertaining to each activities
  • Performs other duties as required and assigned
