Hossam F. Al-Kharafi serves on the Board of Directors at National Industries Group and Egypt Kuwait Holding. Previously, he held the position of President of the Kuwait Society of Engineers and was the Head of Real Estate & Urban Development at Mohammed Abdulmohsin Al-Kharafi & Sons. He also served as Chairman and Managing Director of Noor Financial Investment.

Additionally, Mr. Al-Kharafi has been a board member at Meezan Bank, Al-Ahleia Insurance, Boubyan Bank, Mabanee, Mobile Telecommunications, and National Real Estate. He holds an undergraduate degree from Kuwait University and a graduate degree from Hamad bin Khalifa University.
