Omar Ghazi Al Omar, a shareholder of Automak, joined the company as a business development consultant in 2004.

Thereafter, he became Automak’s Operation and Customer Relations Manager in 2005, a commercial manager in 2008 and then the Deputy General Manager (DGM) for Automak’s commercial sector in 2009. Eventually, Omar worked his way up to become Automak’s Chief Operating Officer (COO) and spearheaded Automak’s growth strategy through operational excellence.

He has thirteen years of experience with Automak and has an excellent understanding of the automotive business. He holds a Bachelor’s Degree in economics from the University of Western Ontario, Canada and is an Executive MBA alumnus of the Harvard Business School. He is also a KPMG certified auditor and is Six Sigma black belt certified.
