Khaled Ghazi Al Omar joined Automak as Director of Finance in 2017. He has over 7 years of experience in investment management and private equity, and was last employed by CIBC World Markets in Institutional Equity Research where he performed fundamental research on 15+ publicly listed companies within the transportation, aerospace & defense, and capital equipment sectors to serve the institutional investment community including mutual funds, pension funds, and hedge funds.

Khaled has a Bachelor of Commerce degree from York University (Toronto), holds an MBA degree from the John Molson School of Business, Concordia University (Montreal), and is a CFA charter holder. He has earned several other honors such as the Scotiabank Award / Fellowship for Exceptional Performance, and is a member of Canada’s Beta Gamma Sigma Society. He also acts as a secretary to the board, working closely with board members and executive management to ensure that all board matters are organized and executed efficiently.
